Juicing a lime, well let me tell you.. those little devils can be hard to juice. They are stubborn, but I’m here to rescue you, yeah I’m a hero.

Place your limes into a bowl of very hot tap water…I normally keep them in there until the water gets cool. Roll them with your palm on your counter top and then juice with a wooden juicer. If you do not want the pulp, juice the limes over a mesh strainer.

Works so good!!
